A great day out
Thanks to the Thorps and the Scotts, a sponsored walk from Bridgwater Docks/Anchor Pub along the canal to North Newton was organised to help raise more money for the village hall redevelopment.
About 30 people participated children and dogs took part and with their sponsorship, they raised about £1,300 for us.
People then gathered at Sue and Roger Scott’s afterwards for some well-deserved refreshements.
